Payments for the Service are handled by RevenueCat. By using the Service, you agree to the payment terms and policies provided by RevenueCat, including any terms related to billing, subscriptions, and refunds.

Limitations of Liability

Drip is designed to provide AI-powered journaling and introspection tools, but it should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet all of your needs or expectations. Transakt LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
